January 2019 - A New Year Begins.

Ho Hum, just another new year.  Starting out like all the others.  No idea of all that was ahead of me.  Enjoying it while we could.  A few random photos from the month, Nothing particular.

House (bar) cat.  This big fellow lives at BNS in Santee. Very friendly.

Flashback from an earlier January

U.S.S. Franklin (CV13) Ship was attacked by a Kamakazi raid during WWII.  I lost an uncle there.  Heavily damaged, the crew managed to get her back to Pearl Harbor.
